Jakob Limmer
s.t.e.i.n.
13.04.–17.05.2024
Eröffnung: 12.04.2024, 19 Uhr
In Jakob Limmer's work, the boundary becomes deftly blurred between the anticipation and the challenge, inviting viewers into a world - where experimentation flourishes and ideas go beyond mere contemplation and manifest themselves tangibly in the physical realm. At the intersection of questioning authority and power, the artist focuses on exploring the hidden. Positioned at the interface of rebellion and curiosity, Limmer's works surprise and encourage viewers to venture into the unexplored territories of the mind.
In his upcoming exhibition s.t.e.i.n., the artist presents a collection of works that seamlessly integrate different techniques. Each stroke and shade testifies to an imaginative journey with origins as diverse as they are intriguing. From silicone to foam, Limmer's works exude an mystifying aura, drawing observers into a realm where the ordinary is transformed into the extraordinary.
