BJÖRN SIEBERT & JOSCHA STEFFENS: SEVENTEEN HOURS OF SUNLIGHT

On memory, sound & transformation

Finissage Today: Luna Haser’s Sharing Air at ODP Galerie
Today from 4 to 6 PM, ODP Galerie hosts the finissage of Sharing Air
This afternoon marks the last chance to see Sharing Air, Luna Haser’s solo exhibition at ODP Galerie. Born in 1993 in Freiburg im Breisgau and currently based in Leipzig, Haser works with acrylic and pastel pencils to create drawings that feel both fragile and deliberate.
Her works often show fragmented bodies, half-visible animals, and small, ambiguous gestures. There’s something unfinished about them—not in execution, but in how they ask to be looked at slowly, allowing space for uncertainty.
Sharing Air doesn’t try to explain too much. It’s about presence and absence, closeness and distance—and what we share just by being in the same space. The finissage runs today, July 26, from 4 to 6 PM at ODP Galerie.
Come by for a last look.
Luna Haser: Sharing Air — Exhibition Opening at ODP Galerie
Join us for the opening of a new exhibition by Leipzig-based artist Luna Haser
ODP Galerie warmly invites you to the opening of Sharing Air by Luna Haser on the 14th of June.
Born in 1993 in Freiburg im Breisgau and currently based in Leipzig, Haser works primarily with acrylic and pastel pencils. Her art delicately navigates the tension between presence and absence, revealing fragmented bodies and hidden forms that reflect transformation and shared existence.
Sharing Air invites viewers to engage with these subtle traces—limbs, gestures, and elusive creatures—that challenge ideas of identity and connection within a fragile ecology of being.ODP Galerie presents a solo exhibition by Luna Haser
ODP Galerie is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by Luna Haser, opening on June 14, 2025, at 7 PM. The exhibition will be on view from June 14 to July 26, 2025.
Haser creates her works on different-sized canvases, which she mainly covers with oil paints, acrylics, or coloured pencils. In her compositions, we often meet figures whose bodies and outlines bend the reality of the world we know yet allude to it with their elements. Haser's figures coexist with each other on the canvas in a kind of fluid and endless melancholy. In most of her newer works, she chooses one colour as the dominant one, and with it sets the rhythm of the entire piece. The colours of the paintings seem to resonate beyond the frame, as if the space around them was becoming part of it.

Aika Furukawa: LIMINAL SPACE
ODP Galerie presents LIMINAL SPACE, a solo exhibition by Japanese artist Aika Furukawa
ODP Galerie is pleased to announce LIMINAL SPACE, a solo exhibition by Japanese artist Aika Furukawa, opening on May 2, 2025, at 7 PM. The exhibition will be on view from May 3 to June 6, 2025.
Aika Furukawa, born in Aichi, Japan, in 1982, is known for her exploration of impermanence and the subtle beauty found in everyday life. Since 2007, she has focused on the motif of "folds," using translucent linen canvases to create multidimensional installations that engage with the exhibition space. Her work invites viewers to contemplate the transient nature of existence through the ever-changing forms of fabric creases.
Furukawa's artistic journey has taken her from Tokyo University of the Arts, where she graduated in 2008, to residencies and exhibitions across Brussels, Leipzig, and Tokyo. Her work has been recognized with numerous grants and awards, including support from the Nomura Foundation, Arts Council Tokyo, and the Pola Art Foundation.
LIMINAL SPACE continues Furukawa's exploration of the ephemeral, offering a contemplative experience that blurs the boundaries between the tangible and the intangible.

ODP Galerie presents a solo show by Jakob Limmer
ODP Galerie is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by Jakob Limmer, opening on November 24, 2025, at 7 PM. The exhibition will be on view from November 25 to January 4, 2026.
In his work, the boundary becomes deftly blurred between the anticipation and the challenge, inviting viewers into a world – where experimentation flourishes and ideas go beyond mere contemplation and manifest themselves tangibly in the physical realm. At the intersection of questioning authority and power, the artist focuses on exploring the hidden. Positioned at the interface of rebellion and curiosity, Limmer’s works surprise and encourage viewers to venture into the unexplored territories of the mind.
